Creeative8Cuisine was founded by a high school student with a deep passion for Asian cuisine. Born and raised in the United States, he developed a strong appreciation for Chinese food, which has always been a meaningful part of his life. This love for Chinese cuisine inspired him to learn the art of cooking traditional dishes. In the summer of 2023, he embarked on a solo journey to Taiwan, where he apprenticed at the renowned 慶鮮魚湯 (A-Ching Seafood Restaurant) in Donggang. There, he honed his skills and mastered their signature dish, Minced Pork Rice, alongside other popular delicacies. After dedicating countless hours to perfecting the craft of Taiwanese cooking, his goal is to bring the most authentic Taiwanese flavors to the Bay Area. With every bite, he hopes to evoke a sense of home and nostalgia for his customers.
Thanks to the incredible support from our community, Creative8Cuisine has proudly served over 800 portions of our signature minced pork dish! Your encouragement has allowed us to expand our menu and bring even more authentic Taiwanese flavors to the Bay Area.
